Senior Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

Managing proposals and presentations, the full-time Senior Proposal Specialist will prepare complex proposals for capital public works projects and government agencies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex proposals and coordinate interview teams to prepare content
• Perform detailed analysis of SOQ and RFP requirements, ensuring compliance and adherence to best practices
• Support client management activities and provide research and scheduling assistance for Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of proposal experience in the AEC industry, including section writing
• Demonstrated increasing responsibility in prior roles
• Ability to work independently to execute the proposal lifecycle
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
