Senior Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end proposal lifecycle for public-sector pursuits, the full-time remote Senior Proposal Specialist will drive compliance, manage structured review cycles, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality proposals for state and local government RFx submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop win strategies and custom narratives aligned with agency priorities
• Own compliance matrices and ensure zero compliance-related disqualifications
• Manage formal review cycles and oversee final submission processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field
• 6-8+ years of experience managing public-sector proposals
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, compliance-heavy RFP responses
• Experience using cloud-based collaboration software and proposal management platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat InDesign
