Senior Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Business Development & Marketing team, the full-time Senior Proposal Specialist will manage proposals and presentations, provide capture support, and assist with client management activities in a fully remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex proposals while coordinating smaller proposals, ensuring compliance with RFP requirements and internal best practices
• Facilitate capture planning and liaise with marketing communication staff to gather necessary input for proposals
• Coordinate client management team activities and support Tier 1 and Tier 2 client interactions

Required qualifications

• A four-year degree in English, marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of proposal experience in the AEC industry, including section writing and project coordination
• Demonstrated increasing levels of responsibility in proposal management within the past year
• Ability to work independently while executing the proposal lifecycle
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
