Senior Proposal Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting the business development team, the full-time Senior Proposal Specialist will prepare high-quality proposal responses and budgets for complex opportunities, collaborating with clinical experts and assisting in client meetings, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and review proposal content in alignment with RFP/RFI requirements, ensuring high standards of quality
- Generate and refine initial costing assumptions, collaborating with clinical experts to finalize budgets
- Attend and facilitate internal meetings, providing support for presentations and client interactions as needed
Required qualifications
- 1-3 years of related experience (4-6 years preferred)
- Post-secondary certificate/diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Experience with budget development in a CRO or clinical trial environment is highly desirable
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools
