Senior Proposal Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting high-priority business development opportunities, the full-time Senior Proposal Specialist will manage proposal preparation, collaborate with clinical experts to create tailored responses and budgets, and provide strategic input for budget reviews, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop proposal content and summarize key information in alignment with RFP/RFI requirements
- Generate and refine initial costing assumptions and ensure accurate final budgets for executive review
- Facilitate internal meetings for bid strategy and provide support for client presentations and project issues
Required qualifications
- 1 - 3 years of related experience (4 - 6 years preferred)
- Post-secondary certificate/diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Experience with budget development in a CRO or clinical trials environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools
