Senior Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Proposal Specialist to manage the full proposal lifecycle for aviation and transportation clients in a full-time remote position, focusing on developing high-quality proposals and business development materials.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the full proposal lifecycle for RFPs, RFQs, and SOQs, ensuring compliance with requirements and deadlines
• Coordinate proposal content with technical staff and business development leaders, writing and editing to ensure clarity and responsiveness
• Perform quality-control reviews and manage final submissions, maintaining organization across multiple concurrent pursuits

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, journalism, English, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• 10+ years of career experience, including 5-10 years in proposal development, preferably in the aviation or transportation sector
• Experience managing deadline-driven RFP, RFQ, and SOQ responses
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and project-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign, with experience in additional Adobe Creative Suite applications preferred
