Senior Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the full proposal lifecycle, the full-time remote Senior Proposal Specialist will develop high-quality proposals and business development materials for aviation and transportation clients, ensuring compliance and accuracy throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage proposals from solicitation review through final submission, coordinating with technical staff and business development leaders
• Develop proposal schedules, outlines, compliance matrices, and production plans while maintaining high-quality standards
• Write, edit, and refine proposal content to meet client requirements and perform detailed quality-control reviews for accuracy and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, journalism, English, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• 10+ years of career experience, including 5-10 years of proposal development experience, preferably in aviation or transportation
• Experience managing deadline-driven RFP, RFQ, and SOQ responses
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong writing, editing, and project-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign; experience with additional Adobe Creative Suite applications is preferred
