Senior Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the proposal process from RFP receipt to submission, the full-time Senior Proposal Specialist will work remotely during overnight US hours, developing high-quality proposals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with submission deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high-quality proposals in response to RFXs, aligning with client needs and company capabilities
• Lead proposal development for major pursuits, providing quality assurance and mentoring team members
• Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and support proposal strategy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or 5+ years of relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience in proposal writing or similar roles with strong project management skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and InDesign
• Proven ability to manage multiple proposals and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and persuasive content
