Key Responsibilities:

• Write compelling responses to RFPs aligned with company offerings
• Manage the entire RFP process from initiation to submission
• Develop and maintain a library of proposal content for future efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field with strong persuasive writing emphasis
• 7-10 years of experience in proposal writing, preferably in healthcare and IT sectors
• Proven track record of winning complex RFPs
• Strong project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with proposal management software
