A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Writer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end proposal process, including RFP analysis and content development
• Write and edit persuasive and compliant proposal responses that meet RFP requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather input and craft tailored responses

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5+ years of experience writing proposals for government healthcare contracts
• Direct experience writing proposals for correctional healthcare services
• Deep understanding of government RFP processes and procurement standards
• Preferred experience with behavioral health or substance use disorder treatment
• Preferred familiarity with telehealth delivery models
