Senior Proposal Writer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Pursuit Writer to provide RFP support for new business and client renewals.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and submission of bid opportunities, including RFIs and RFPs
• Gather and create compelling proposal content while collaborating with internal teams
• Manage production and delivery of RFPs and provide additional support for various initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of proposal writing experience, preferably in the business travel industry
• Experience with proposal automation software, such as Loopio
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign required) and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline
• Clear understanding of the market landscape and competing TMCs
