Senior Proposal Writer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Proposal Writer to support strategic pursuits and coordinate cost proposals in a government contracting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review solicitations and coordinate cost proposals in adherence to RFP requirements
• Write, rewrite, and edit technical documents to effectively communicate technical specifications
• Conduct quality reviews of materials and oversee the preparation of illustrative materials

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of work experience in a government contracting environment
• 8+ years of experience in proposals and/or cost volume development
• Thorough understanding of government federal contract proposal efforts and procurement processes
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Highly proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
