Senior Proposal Writer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Proposal Writer (GOVCON) to develop persuasive and compliant content for proposal efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze solicitation and scope requirements for proposals
• Coordinate with stakeholders to develop annotated outlines and perform end-to-end writing support for major proposal sections
• Collaborate with proposal stakeholders and facilitate knowledge interviews to resolve content gaps

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Creative Writing, English, Communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in proposal development with demonstrated writing mastery across genres
• APMP and/or Shipley Trained certifications required; additional APMP Micro-Certifications desired
• Strong expertise in government proposal writing with a focus on information technology solutions
• Advanced skills in MS Office 365 and Adobe Suite, along with knowledge of the federal procurement process
