Senior Proposal Writer

Job Summary

Collaborating with marketing and subject matter experts, the full-time Senior Proposal Writer will manage the development of competitive proposals and presentations for PBM and specialty pharmacy services in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and draft content for RFPs, RFIs, and client-facing materials while ensuring clarity and engagement
• Research market and competitive information to enhance proposal effectiveness and storytelling
• Coordinate proposal edits and manage timelines to meet submission deadlines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of experience in the PBM industry
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint
• Experience with RFP management platforms such as Responsive, Conveyor, or Loopio
• Strong writing skills with the ability to draft, proofread, and edit materials efficiently
