Senior Proposal Writer

Job Summary

Leading proposal writing responsibilities for assigned projects, the full-time remote Senior Proposal Writer will develop robust proposals, manage the proposal development process, and participate in project strategy discussions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and present proposals using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and other formats
• Coordinate with Account Directors and SMEs to manage the proposal development process effectively
• Proofread, edit, and revise documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy

Required qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in CRO/pharmaceutical business development or as a Proposal Associate - Writing
• Bachelor's degree; master's or PhD preferred in Life Sciences, Communications, Journalism, or Marketing
• Experience drafting RFIs in a CRO or pharma/biotech outsourcing environment preferred
• Knowledge of the CRO/pharmaceutical industry and project management requirements
• Strong customer relationship management skills and commercial acumen
