Senior Proposal Writer
Job Summary
Supporting the proposal development team, the full-time Senior Proposal Writer will create complex written responses for federal contracting opportunities while collaborating with Capture Managers and technical experts in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and write proposals, including staffing requisitions, management approaches, and technical solutions
- Collaborate with Capture and Proposal Managers to implement win themes and ensure compliance with solicitation instructions
- Mentor junior writers and maintain corporate knowledge management repositories
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism or English
- 6+ years of experience writing responses to Federal RFPs, SSNs, and RFIs
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Experience using generative AI tools in the proposal writing process
- U.S. Citizenship required
