Senior Prospect Research Analyst

Job Summary

To support philanthropic initiatives, the full-time Senior Prospect Research Analyst will perform analytics and relationship management, focusing on identifying high-wealth major gift prospects and managing donor information in a remote role with a preference for candidates in the Triad area.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and analyze major gift prospects through data mining and predictive modeling, utilizing online business intelligence tools
• Manage prospect portfolios for Development Officers, ensuring an appropriate balance and prioritization of prospects for engagement
• Conduct research on potential donors, preparing detailed financial and biographical reports to support fundraising strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four years of related development experience
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and database management, including data analysis and predictive modeling
• Experience with complex relational databases and data management principles
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines independently
• Strong relationship-building skills with various stakeholders
