Required Qualifications

• Over 3+ years of experience in the crypto space in a product, growth, or strategy role
• Experience working with leading L1s, L2s, or major DeFi protocols
• Deep knowledge of blockchain ecosystems, token economics, and growth strategies
• Proven ability to manage complex client engagements from pitch to delivery
• Experience analyzing onchain and offchain data to derive strategic insights
