Senior Provider Compensation Analyst

Job Summary

To support the financial performance of the health system, the full-time Senior Provider Compensation Analyst will ensure accurate financial modeling, monitor provider contracts, and optimize compensation administration software while working remotely from various states.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial modeling and scenario analysis for provider compensation impacting business performance
• Monitor and track internal activity related to provider contracts and maintain knowledge of compensation practices
• Administer and optimize provider compensation software, producing reports and communicating with senior leaders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in healthcare, legal business, compensation, or a similar field
• 3 years of contract management experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft software and strong analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
