Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Senior Provider Compensation Analyst will drive complex compensation projects for employed physicians and advanced practice clinicians, providing analytical support and consulting on compensation strategies while collaborating with leadership to enhance provider engagement and productivity.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage provider compensation project work, including design, consulting, and implementation of compensation programs
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of healthcare and financial data to support program management and provide recommendations on compensation models
- Act as an internal consultant, building relationships with provider leaders to ensure effective compensation solutions and compliance with regulations
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of provider compensation experience with a strong understanding of provider practice metrics
- Proven external provider compensation consulting experience and knowledge of the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute
- Demonstrated experience in leading complex, long-term projects to completion
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel 10%-15% as required
