Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Provider Compensation Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level customer service and support on provider compensation matters, resolving escalated issues accurately and timely
  • Monitor existing compensation programs and tools for ongoing issues and concerns
  • Analyze compensation content and outcomes using appropriate tools and techniques to facilitate decision-making
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; four years of experience may substitute for a degree
  • Graduate degree preferred
  • Certification in a related area desirable (e.g., CCP, CBP, PHR)
  • Minimum five years of experience in Compensation, including complex issue research and market analysis
  • Experience in Physician and Provider Compensation is a plus
