Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Provider Compensation Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level customer service and support on provider compensation matters, resolving escalated issues accurately and timely
- Monitor existing compensation programs and tools for ongoing issues and concerns
- Analyze compensation content and outcomes using appropriate tools and techniques to facilitate decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; four years of experience may substitute for a degree
- Graduate degree preferred
- Certification in a related area desirable (e.g., CCP, CBP, PHR)
- Minimum five years of experience in Compensation, including complex issue research and market analysis
- Experience in Physician and Provider Compensation is a plus
