Job Summary

The full-time Senior Provider Compensation Partner will provide expert consultative support and analysis on provider compensation matters while working remotely and collaborating cross-functionally with leadership to ensure compliance and competitiveness in compensation practices.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide high-level customer service and guidance on provider compensation issues, resolving escalated inquiries with accuracy
  • Monitor existing compensation programs and tools for ongoing concerns and issues
  • Analyze compensation content and outcomes using appropriate tools to facilitate decision-making
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; four years of experience may substitute for a degree
  • Graduate degree preferred
  • Certification in a related area (e.g., CCP, CBP, PHR) is desirable
  • Minimum of five years' experience in Compensation, including experience with complex compensation issues and market analysis
  • Experience in Physician and Provider Compensation is a plus
