Job Summary

Managing complex contract negotiations, the full-time Senior Provider Network Contracting Specialist will develop, negotiate, implement, and maintain provider contracts remotely, focusing on network strategy and cost management while supporting network expansion initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead negotiations for complex provider agreements, amendments, and renewals with healthcare entities
• Implement reimbursement methodologies and ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements
• Support network expansion and maintain positive provider relationships throughout the contracting process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience negotiating contracts with healthcare providers
• Demonstrated success in managing complex negotiations and provider relationships
• Experience analyzing financial and healthcare utilization data
• Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement methodologies and provider contracting practices
