Senior Provider Engagement Liaison

Job Summary

Representing the Health Plan and Provider relationship at the highest level, the full-time Senior Provider Engagement Liaison will manage complex provider issues, establish strategic partnerships, and ensure a positive provider experience while working remotely from Pennsylvania.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary relationship manager with providers to promote network retention and positive experiences
• Onboard new providers, including conducting orientation sessions and addressing inquiries to ensure prompt issue resolution
• Monitor provider engagement through data analysis and regular meetings, influencing departmental strategy and supporting quality improvement initiatives

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience required
• Experience in health insurance and provider relations
• Strong skills in relationship building and communication
• Ability to perform in-depth analysis and develop strategic plans
