Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Provider Enrollment Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Process provider enrollments, including initial mailing and database tracking
• Conduct audits and provide feedback to improve processes and performance
• Act as a technical resource and facilitate conflict resolution within the team

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• 5+ years of experience in behavioral health provider enrollments
• 2+ years of experience with Medicare/Medicaid provider enrollments
• 2+ years of experience with compliance workflows and NCQA policies
• Ability to work a 40-hour work week from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm EST or CST
