Senior Provider Enrollment Representative

Job Summary

To support the enrollment of behavioral health providers, the full-time Senior Provider Enrollment Representative will telecommute from anywhere within the U.S. while managing the enrollment process with payers, conducting audits, and providing technical support to team members.

Key responsibilities

• Process provider applications, including initial mailing, review, and database entry
• Conduct audits and provide feedback to enhance processes and performance
• Act as a technical resource and facilitate conflict resolution within the team

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 3+ years of experience in end-to-end provider payer enrollment, including government and commercial payers
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel and Word
• Access to a designated quiet workspace with the ability to secure Protected Health Information (PHI)
• Ability to connect to a high-speed internet service approved by UnitedHealth Group
