Senior Provider Enrollment Representative

Job Summary

To support the enrollment of behavioral health providers, the full-time Senior Provider Enrollment Representative will manage provider applications and re-applications, conduct audits, and serve as a technical resource while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Process provider applications and re-applications, including initial mailing, review, and database entry
• Conduct audits to provide feedback aimed at reducing errors and improving processes
• Act as a facilitator for conflict resolution and participate as a key team member on cross-functional project teams

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 3+ years of experience in end-to-end provider payer enrollment, including handling 10-15 applications daily
• Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel and Word
• Access to a quiet workspace at home for securing Protected Health Information (PHI)
• Ability to maintain a high-speed internet connection approved by UnitedHealth Group
