Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to strategize recruitment efforts and maintain accurate tracking of candidates
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, public relations, marketing, or a related field
  • At least five years of experience in executive, leader, and/or physician recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare and recruitment processes
  • Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to conceptualize and plan for future recruitment needs
