- Collaborate with leadership to strategize recruitment efforts and maintain accurate tracking of candidates
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, public relations, marketing, or a related field
- At least five years of experience in executive, leader, and/or physician recruitment
- Strong knowledge of healthcare and recruitment processes
- Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to conceptualize and plan for future recruitment needs
