Senior Provider Recruiter

Job Summary

Supporting nationwide provider recruitment efforts, the full-time Senior Provider Recruiter will source, engage, and screen healthcare providers while partnering with internal stakeholders to develop effective sourcing strategies and guide candidates through the recruitment process remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Source, identify, and screen qualified physicians and healthcare providers for contracted opportunities
• Conduct proactive outreach and maintain relationships with prospective and existing providers to build sustainable talent pipelines
• Coordinate provider interviews and support contract negotiations while ensuring accurate recruitment activity documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or related fields
• Demonstrated ability to conduct proactive outreach and build relationships with healthcare providers
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with recruiting technologies
