Senior Provider Relations Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Provider Relations Consultant, BH Network Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with behavioral health providers and facilitate effective business interactions
• Resolve complex contractual and member/provider issues through collaboration with internal departments
• Train and mentor Provider Relations Consultants and assist in developing training materials

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in a managed care or healthcare environment, preferably with Behavioral Health providers
• Experience with Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid reimbursement methodologies
• Knowledge of provider coding and billing practices for behavioral health services
• Strong analytical skills and ability to navigate a complex matrix environment
