Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Provider Relationship Manager to develop and maintain relationships with providers and retail partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage operational and strategic aspects of provider arrangements and ensure positive adoption of programs
• Provide oversight and support for recruitment and onboarding of new network providers
• Analyze and resolve complex issues related to provider data and network operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in a healthcare environment or customer/client services
• Proven leadership skills in conflict resolution and strategic direction development
• Experience working directly with providers and managing complex issues
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
