Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee large project implementations and upgrades of provider management platforms
• Manage the Business Data Governance Committee to ensure data standards and accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions that enhance provider onboarding and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis within a payer, focusing on credentialing and provider data management
• Expertise with payer provider lifecycle systems and quality accreditation processes
• Efficient report writer utilizing SQL
• Experience maintaining NCQA or URAC accreditation
