Job Summary
To support VA operations, the full-time remote Senior Provider Utilization Coordinator will manage electronic scheduling for Independent Physician Affiliates, ensuring effective communication and maximizing provider utilization.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain consistent communication with IPA providers and operations
- Build and adjust provider schedules while preventing gaps and overbooking
- Utilize electronic tools to manage resources and minimize no-show rates
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a high-volume healthcare setting with electronic scheduling software
- Experience utilizing EMR or case management software
- Ability to pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation
