Senior Public Health Educator
Job Summary
Supporting the Defense Health Agency's Implementation Science Program, the full-time Senior Public Health Educator will develop evidence-based educational materials, conduct training sessions, and assess the impact of health education initiatives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and develop a variety of educational tools and materials tailored to target audiences
- Execute strategies for dissemination and implementation of health education programs
- Assess and analyze the impact of implementation science activities and incorporate feedback for quality improvement
Required qualifications
- Master's level degree, Certification as a Health Education Specialist, or relevant degree
- Minimum of five years' experience in health education program development and assessment
- Change Management Professional certification (required within 30 days of contract award)
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Position of Public Trust clearance
- Experience in applied scientific research and health communication
