• Manage an external PR agency, setting priorities and expectations for measurable outcomes
• Develop and execute communications strategies for product launches, industry events, and original research

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in leading communications or public relations programs in B2B software, preferably in cybersecurity
• Established press relationships with a track record of earning media coverage based on compelling narratives
• Experience managing external PR agencies to achieve measurable results
• Background in crisis and issues communications within security-sensitive environments
• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality drafts under pressure
