Senior Publishing Producer

Job Summary

Coordinating cross-functional teams, the full-time Senior Publishing Producer will manage deliverables, deadlines, and the publishing roadmap while working remotely or onsite in Madison, WI, during CT business hours with evening availability for international collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Track and manage cross-functional deliverables, ensuring timely communication and alignment across teams
• Maintain the publishing roadmap and manage milestone planning, identifying and resolving schedule conflicts
• Establish efficient processes for deliverable hand-offs and run planning meetings with documented action items

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of production or project management experience, including 2 years in AAA video game publishing
• Proven ability to coordinate complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines
• Strong knowledge of the game development and publishing lifecycle from pre-production to live operations
• Experience shipping titles across various platforms and familiarity with creative production pipelines
• Able to work 11am-4pm CT Monday-Friday with regular availability during 8-11pm CT for international meetings
