Senior Publishing Strategist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Publishing Strategist for North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the North America publishing strategy for an upcoming UE5 open-world title
• Define player segmentation and positioning frameworks to influence product direction and feature prioritization
• Lead consumer and player research programs to uncover motivations and preferences across North American audiences

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in game or entertainment publishing within North America
• Proven experience with Asian or global entertainment IPs in U.S. market entry
• Deep understanding of North American player behavior and genre trends
• Experience designing player feedback and testing frameworks for marketing and product development
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect data and strategy
