Senior Purchase Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Purchase Coordinator to assist licensed Retail Loan Officers and communicate with customers regarding mortgage loan pre-approvals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers and Loan Officers in gathering loan information and documentation for pre-approval
• Engage with customers to establish rapport and educate them about the pre-approval process
• Input data into the system and follow up with customers regarding their loan applications

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in call center or inside customer service/sales
• Knowledge of the mortgage loan process
• Proven outgoing and energetic personality with a willingness to learn
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• 2 or more years of customer service and/or sales experience preferred
