Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Buyers, Supervisors, and Demand Planners
• Define and implement standard workflows across purchasing and demand planning
• Drive data-backed improvements in inventory replenishment, pricing, and cost optimization

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in purchasing, demand planning, or supply chain within a distribution or industrial environment
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing buyers, planners, or supervisors
• Experience in a multi-site or regional environment focusing on standardization and scalability
• Strong background working with ERP systems related to purchasing and inventory
• Proven track record of improving inventory performance and cost efficiency
