Senior Python Data Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a part-time freelance basis, the Senior Python Data Scraping Engineer will manage end-to-end data extraction workflows, utilizing various tools to ensure accurate and reliable delivery of structured datasets while collaborating with AI-driven systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end data extraction workflows across complex websites, ensuring complete coverage and accuracy
• Leverage internal tools and custom workflows to accelerate data collection, validation, and task execution
• Ensure reliable extraction from dynamic web sources, adapting approaches as needed to handle changing site behavior

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5+ years of relevant experience in data engineering, web scraping, automation, or software development
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or related technical fields is a plus
• Strong experience in Python web scraping, including handling dynamic content and APIs
• Proven ability to extract data from complex structures and deliver structured datasets
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and containerization as part of real workflows
