Job Summary

Driving specialized data scraping workflows for real-world applications, the part-time freelance Senior Python Data Scraping Engineer will manage end-to-end data extraction tasks remotely, utilizing tools like Apify and OpenRouter to ensure accurate and reliable delivery of structured datasets.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data extraction workflows across complex websites, ensuring complete coverage and accuracy
• Leverage tools and custom workflows to accelerate data collection and validation while meeting defined requirements
• Ensure reliable extraction from dynamic web sources and enforce data quality standards through systematic verification

Required Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of relevant experience in data engineering, web scraping, automation, or software development
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields is a plus
• Strong experience in Python web scraping, including dynamic content and APIs via proxies
• Proven ability to extract data from complex structures and solid background in data cleaning and validation
• Demonstrated experience handling anti-bot mechanisms and cloud infrastructure (AWS or equivalent)
