Senior Python Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design and build tools in the cybersecurity SOAR and SIEM space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with development team and department leads to design new toolsets
• Create and refine implementation plans, including documentation and diagrams
• Identify inefficiencies in current toolsets and implement redesigns to enhance performance

Required Qualifications:

• Completion of a Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in professional Python development
• Proficiency in Python 3, RESTful APIs, and SQL (MySQL preferred)
• Experience with Data Science / Engineering / Statistics and familiarity with Django is a plus
• Relevant certifications in development, DevOps, Agile methodologies, or security are advantageous
