Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend systems for an AI agent platform and microservices
• Participate in architecture setup and technology selection
• Optimize platform components related to agent creation and performance under load

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience, with at least 2 years in Golang and 2 years in Python
• Experience with AI agent frameworks and LLM-based features
• Solid understanding of backend tools such as PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kubernetes
• Experience in building scalable, distributed systems
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
