Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Python Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the design, development, and maintenance of a central system built on Python and Django
• Lead technical architecture and system design decisions for complex backend workflows
• Serve as a technical leader, mentoring other engineers and collaborating in a full-stack capacity

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience, with 7-10+ years preferred
• Proficiency in Python, Django, and Django REST Framework is mandatory
• Full-stack experience with a strong backend emphasis, including TypeScript and React
• A formal degree is not required; candidates with a GED or non-traditional education are encouraged to apply
• Experience with distributed systems and complex backend workflows is preferred
