Senior Python Developer

Job Summary

To support a growing backend team, the full-time contractor Senior Python Developer will make architectural decisions, implement design and development of backend systems, and ensure the smooth operation of production in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make architectural decisions for product backend
• Implement design, develop backend, and write tests
• Monitor production operations and optimize performance as necessary

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial development experience with hands-on coding
• Excellent knowledge of Python 3.x and Django
• Experience in the design and development of complex, highly-loaded systems
• Fluent in Russian and upper intermediate or intermediate proficiency in English
• Strong understanding of general programming issues, including design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
