Senior Python Developer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Python Developer will build and modernize software products across various regulated industries, focusing on full-stack web applications, RESTful APIs, and AI-assisted coding tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy full-stack applications using Python (FastAPI or Django) and React, ensuring high performance and scalability
• Design and maintain robust data layers, optimizing database schemas, indexes, and queries for relational and NoSQL databases
• Collaborate with product teams to translate domain workflows into user-friendly applications while implementing CI/CD pipelines and managing cloud services

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Python full-stack development, including frameworks such as FastAPI or Django
• Solid experience with React and strong skills in PostgreSQL and NoSQL databases
• Hands-on experience with cloud services on AWS or Azure, including serverless and container orchestration
• Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps for automated deployments
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code
