Senior Python Developer
Job Summary
To enhance internal systems through automation, the full-time Senior Python Developer will script improvements, assist with operating system upgrades, and collaborate with the OS Enablement engineer on documentation and workflows, with the option to work remotely for well-qualified candidates.
Key responsibilities
- Automate and script processes to improve internal system adoption
- Assist in operating system adoption and version upgrades
- Collaborate with the OS Enablement engineer to implement automation and workflows for EMB32 upgrades
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience with scripting languages, preferably Python
- Working understanding of C code
- Experience with discreet real-time operating systems, with preference for JDOS or EMB32
- Degree in an Engineering/Technology discipline or equivalent experience
- Experience building tools in embedded systems
