Senior Python Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Python Engineer with AWS and Database Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop API endpoints and integrations for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs
• Write code, develop tests, and debug in an agile environment while owning documentation and troubleshooting
• Contribute to architectural decisions and build relationships with cross-department teams and clients

Required Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a federal "public trust" security clearance
• 3-5 years of experience in Python and strong AWS skills
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer science or related field preferred
• Experience with Flask, FastAPI, ECS, and large-scale data processing
• Availability during core hours of 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST
