Job Summary

Joining a tight-knit engineering team, the full-time Senior Python Engineer will lead backend development on the core scheduling platform modernization, set Python best practices, and contribute across a multi-product ecosystem in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead backend development and modernization of the scheduling platform, ensuring quality and architectural integrity
• Contribute to a multi-product ecosystem involving Python and .NET, writing APIs and reviewing code
• Drive the team's evolution towards an AI-accelerated software development lifecycle using advanced tools

Required qualifications

• Deep, production-grade experience with Python (Python 3.10+)
• Meaningful exposure to .NET to contribute effectively in a mixed-stack environment
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development workflows, including LLM tooling and multi-agent systems
• Demonstrated senior judgment with good instincts and constructive disagreement
• Strong team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration
