Senior Python Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Document App Track, the fully remote Senior Python Engineer will contribute to the architecture and vision of the document domain, tackle scale-related technical challenges, and enhance developer experience while maintaining high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the vision and architecture of the document domain component of the application
• Address and overcome scale-related technical challenges
• Identify and resolve systematic issues to improve developer efficiency and confidence in changes

Required qualifications

• At least 5+ years of development experience with Python
• Experience with relational databases, including SQL queries and optimization
• Solid experience with message queues such as RabbitMQ, NATS, or Kafka
• Strong understanding of AsyncIO and event-based systems
• Extensive experience in developing applications within both monolithic and microservice architectures
